I have a refrigerator for sale on Craigs list. Within 24 hrs I had 2 emails that were too good to be true. I believe they are scams

Email #1:

I am willing to pay you a 100 Dollars higher than the asking price so that you can keep all interested buyers off, Do not worry about the shipping as i have a reliable shippers that handles the shipping of all my goods. So he will handle the shipping without giving you any stress. I will Include the cost of the shipping on the Cashiers check am sending to you. So as soon as you get the check i want you to cash and deduct the asking price of the item and also the extra 100 Dollars offered to keep other interested buyers off.. Then Wire the excess funds to my shipper to enable him come for the Pickup. I hope i can count on you sending the shipping fee to my shipper who is in Maryland, If you assure me that the shipping cost will be sent to my shipper then email asap with your full information such as

As soon as i get these information requested I Will contact my Financial Manager to Send you the check Overnight Delivery through Ups ... Email Asap
